For yearly subscriptions, the fee for services and any other charges incurred in connection with the purchase of a product or service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a yearly basis to the payment method on file until cancelled by the customer. Visitors and participants may discontinue use of GCRR's products, services, and website platforms and request to cancel their account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which clients and customers have already made payment. Due to the financial commitment GCRR must make to running the organization year-round, society membership fees and event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
